Ordering a staircase
When you order a staircase from us via one of our retailers you have to use a special form. This is to minimise the risk of something going wrong.
The form gives clear specifications of how the stairs are made with regard to dimensions, material and other details like the balustrade, balusters, newels and any accessories.
When you are ready with your order send it to us and the staircase is made in accordance with the specifications that you have agreed on. Then you just sit down and await delivery. Do not forget to book the fitting with your retailer in good time.
When you buy your staircase from us we want you to feel secure throughout the process from the first contact to final fitting.
