Certificates and declarations

Environment, working environment and safety are matters of the heart for us and something we actively work on and areas in which we constantly try to improve. Today, most types of certifications can be found in various databases that can be searched by anyone who has a login, such as the Swan House Product Portal or Sunda Hus when it comes to the environment. We try to adapt to our customers' wishes in terms of where we are registered, if you are missing something please contact us and tell us what you are missing.

Environment

Most environmental certifications today are digital portals. We are registered and/or assessed with several of the largest such as e.g Healthy House, The Swan's House Product Portal, The construction product assessment and Enough. Create an account to access their searchable databases.

R30 – Fire rated stairs

According to the Housing Authority's building regulations, buildings must be built in class Br1, Br2 or Br3. In Br1, Buildings where fire poses a high risk of personal injury, there is a requirement for fire class R30. The fire classification applies to public spaces in apartment buildings.

Through our many years of collaboration with SP Trä, we can offer stairs for apartment buildings that are designed and dimensioned to withstand fire in the manner established in the rules for fire class R30.
