Seller for Drömtrappor

About the company

Drömtrappor AB is the largest and oldest staircase manufacturer in the Nordic region. Our manufacturing takes place in our own factory in Norsjö Västerbotten, but our customers are located throughout the Nordic region. We are the market leader in Sweden and are now looking for a salesperson who can contribute to our business.

Your tasks

As a salesperson at Drömtrappor, you are part of a group with other salespeople and employees from customer service and order placement. The group consists of approximately 10 employees. You report directly to the sales manager.

In this role, you will work closely with both customers and the production department to ensure that projects are delivered according to customer requirements and in accordance with Drömtrappor's guidelines and policies.

Your duties include:

  • Sell and represent Drömtrappor primarily to companies but also to private individuals.
  • Receive incoming inquiries from customers, calculate, make calculations and provide quotes.
  • Carry out follow-ups and maintain ongoing customer contacts.
  • Handle specific customer requests and find tailored solutions for the current staircase or delivery.
  • Negotiate prices and terms with buyers and other decision-makers such as site managers or project managers.
  • The work also includes contacts with international customers and partners.
  • The work may include some travel days.

Your background/characteristics

Experience from the construction industry or building materials trade is an advantage but not a requirement.

Meritorious

  • Experience from the construction industry or building materials trade
  • Education in wood technology or a similar field.
  • Experience working with graphic design and layout.
  • Experience working in sales or marketing.
