Block steps

Block steps are the bottom steps of the stairs that are made slightly wider than the others to give a more inviting feel. You can get block steps in both tight and open designs.

Here are our most common forms

Block step Bs5e

Simple (one side only) for open staircase is shown in the picture. Can also be ordered double (protrudes on both sides of the wing piece) and is then called Bs5d.

Block step Bs5e

Simple (one side only) too tight staircase is shown in the picture. Can also be ordered twice and is then called Bs5d.

Block step Bs1e

Simple (one side only) too tight staircase is shown in the picture. Can also be ordered twice and is then called Bs1d.
